Class Registration Policies
• Classes are offered to guild members first. Non members will be wait listed.
• Class registration opens 3 months before the class is scheduled.
• Wait-lists will be held until 1 month prior to the scheduled class.
• Payment in full must be received to hold one's place in a class (cash or checks accepted only).
• Class supply lists, pre class preparations, and directions are received once payment has been made for a class.
• Class fees are determined by dividing the instructor's charges by the number of participants an instructor determines to be ideal for the project.
• Pattern costs ARE NOT included in class fees.
• Non members will be charged an additional $5.00 to attend a class. If applicable, any non member attending the guild program associated with the class will also be asked to pay a $2.00 guest fee for the speaker.
• NO REFUNDS for classes are given. Registrations are transferable - either to a person on the wait list, or a replacement (found by the individual if there is no wait list).
• Registration for classes is done at guild meetings or by contacting our Program Coordinator - Sue Wimmer
